I encourage everyone to have a no-obligation chat prior to booking me, to make sure we’re a good fit.
IT'S A DATE
When you have a date and your venue is booked, a non-refundable 20% deposit is paid and I will confirm your booking. Then the fun begins.
YOUR STORY QUESTIONNAIRE
I send you a questionnaire that will help me write the “your story” part of the ceremony and so I can get to know you really well. Knowing your funny stories, the how it happened, the OMG moments, means I can create a meaningful ceremony just for you.
COUPLES MEETING
Once the questionnaire is completed, we will meet in person or over zoom if you’re far away, to chat through everything you want your ceremony to be. We will brainstorm ideas, we can meet at the venue together, we can drink fizz! My goal is to make sure you have the perfect day.
SCRIPT
Two months before the ceremony, full payment is due. Then I will write your ceremony script and edit any changes you want, until your 100% happy.
REHEARSAL
It's optional whether you want to have a rehearsal before the big day. Some couples feel they need a run through, others choose not to.
CEREMONY
Congrats your wedding day celebration has arrived! I will be at the venue at least two hours before the ceremony starts, to make sure everything is on point. Then get ready for one of the best days of your life.
